Refund policy – 100% refund within 30 days if not completely satisfied. The undamaged merchandise must be returned in the original containers within 30 days of purchase. Call first for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Buyer pays return shipping.

Exchange policy – Did you get the wrong size or product? If it is the fault of Coyote, the exchange is at no charge to you provided the product is returned to us unopened and unused condition. Call for an RMA and return shipping instructions. If you ordered the wrong part, there is a 10% restocking fee and you pay return shipping.
