Coyote Enterprises’ warranty is on manufacturing and material defects only. It does not cover abused, misused, misinstalled parts or parts used for other than their intended purpose. The Coyote Boltless Beadlocks case is warrantied for five (5) years, excluding the tube, which is warrantied for one (1) year. Coyote Automatic Tire Deflators are warrantied for life against material and workmanship defects. At the discretion of Coyote Enterprises, the parts will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS:

All potential warrantied parts must show evidence of date of purchase and be issued a Coyote Enterprises Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. To obtain a RGA number call, (949) 645-7733. Customer pays shipping for parts returned to Coyote Enterprises for warranty evaluation. Coyote Enterprises pays for shipping back to the customer. Replacement or repair is solely at the discretion of Coyote Enterprises LLC.

MISORDERED ITEMS:

Non-defective returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for credit. If a part number ordering mistake is made by a customer and parts are returned in perfect, packaged, resalable condition, the parts will be exchanged for the new customer-corrected part number at no cost to the customer other than shipping. Customer pays shipping both ways. If a part number mistake is made by Coyote Enterprises, the parts will be exchanged at no cost (including return shipment) to the customer.
