Thanks for asking about joining the Coyote Enterprises LLC (CE) marketing team. We strive to make our logo, ”We Make Your Tires Perform” put you on the podium. Following are some things that we do for you and what we ask of our marketing partners in return.
Conditional Provisions
1) No information will be sold to, offered to, or used by others. This information is exclusively for use by CE.
2) Some of the fields on this form are used to populate other Coyoteents.com website pages such as the Sponsored Racers and testimonial pages.
3) CE sponsorship entitles the applicant to buy any size beadlock for race car use at $125 each plus shipping. Replacement inner tubes and air channels will be provided at no cost other than shipping provided they were installed following all Coyote installation instructions and BLINs.
4) CE will provide one Coyote T-shirt for each team member at the inception of joining the CE marketing team. Other CE promo items (koozies, Coyote tire pressure gauge, stickers) are also available at no cost other than shipping to team members.
5) The following bonuses will be paid to race cars using Coyote beadlocks fitted to all wheels and displaying 8” Coyote logo stickers on both sides of the race car for a verified King of the Hammers class or overall season finish of first place, $500; second place; $300 and third place, $200. Or other circuit, overall, season finishes of first place, $500; second place; $300 and third place, $200. The season grand total award expenditure shall not exceed $2000 for CE. This amount is as awarded on a first-requested and verified basis.
6) Each race car will display one 3” or 8” Coyote sticker on each side of the car. 3” stickers do not qualify for paragraph 5 financial awards.
7) 3” and 8” Coyote stickers will also be available to display on trailers and tool boxes at the racer’s discretion.
8) If the team desires, CE will provide Coyote sales brochures for distribution at the pit site or other locations as needed.
9) All product failures must be immediately reported to Harry@CoyoteEnts.com before disposing of failed parts. Let us help you eliminate all failures.
10) Signing at the end of this agreement confirms that the authorized representative of the applicant is applying for Coyote Enterprises LLC product sponsorship and has read, understood and agrees to abide by everything from the form number top line above to the SUBMIT button at the end of the form, bottom right.
11) Submit this completed and signed form to CE for review for consideration to become a CE sponsored marketing partner. Approval is at the sole and uncontestable discretion of CE.
12) CE reserves the sole and uncontestable right to cancel an approved sponsored marketing partner for any reason deemed necessary.

General Provisions
14) Time is of the essence in this sponsorship Application.
15) This Sponsorship Application may be executed in counterpart.
16) Headings are only inserted for the convenience of CE and the applicant and are not to be considered when interpreting this Sponsorship Application. Words in the singular mean and include the plural and vice versa. Words in the masculine mean and include the feminine and vice versa.
17) The clauses, paragraphs, and subparagraphs contained in this Sponsorship Application are intended to be read and construed independently of each other. If any part of this Sponsorship Application is held to be invalid, this invalidity will not affect the operation or enforcement of any other part of this Sponsorship Application.
18) Applicant is liable for all costs, expenses and expenditures including, and without limitation, the complete legal costs incurred by CE in enforcing this Sponsorship Application as a result of any default by the applicant.
19) CE and applicant acknowledge that this Sponsorship Application is reasonable, valid and enforceable. However, if a court of competent jurisdiction finds any of the provisions of this Sponsorship Application to be too broad to be enforceable, it is the intention of CE and applicant that such provision be reduced in scope by the court only to the extent deemed necessary by that court to render the provision reasonable and enforceable, bearing in mind that it is the intention of applicant to give CE the broadest possible protection.
20) No failure or delay by CE in exercising any power, right or privilege provided in this Sponsorship Application will operate as a waiver, nor will any single or partial exercise of such rights, powers or privileges preclude any further exercise of them or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege provided in this Sponsorship Application.
21) This Sponsorship Application constitutes the entire agreement between applicant and CE and there are no further items or provisions, either oral or otherwise.
22) If approved, this Sponsorship Application establishes applicant as a CE marketing partner.
23) Applicant further agrees to pay any and all reasonable collection costs, court costs and attorney fees incurred to collect all CE indebtedness incurred due to collection from applicant.
24) This Sponsorship Application will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, as the case may be for CE and the applicant.
25) All information is warranted by the applicant to be true and current by applicant signatory.
26) Applicant signatory holds Coyote Enterprises LLC harmless for all events associated with and use of any and all Coyote Products.
27) By signing this agreement, the signatory applicant acknowledges that this agreement has been read, understood and agrees to abide by all Sponsorship Application terms, conditions, paragraphs, subparagraphs, clauses and conditions in total.
28) IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Coyote Enterprises LLC and applicant have duly affixed their signatures under hand and seal on the dates specified.
